Our equestrian students are given the opportunity to accomplish horsemanship techniques themselves in a supervised
environment with age-appropriate information. Riding skills are taught in safe progression of ability
according to U.S. Pony Clubs, Inc. national standards curriculum and other resources.
 | Wear long pants and completely enclosed shoes or boots with a smooth bottom and
1/4" heel. |
| Fill out a Waiver Release Consent Form at the first lesson. |
| Wear an ASTM/SEI helmet which we provide or
your own
ASTM/SEI horse riding helmet upon safety inspection. |
| Our horses have their own saddles and bridles which are specifically
fitted to them. |
| Order curriculum materials USPC D Manual of
Horsemanship #1 by Susan Harris $15. |
| Receive a workbook and special gift. |
| Pets are not permitted on the farm and non-student children must be
supervised at all times. |
| Missed lessons cannot not be rescheduled. |
| There will be unmounted stable management skills taught on inclement days! |
