We provide ponies and horses according to your height, weight, and experience. For the comfort and safety of both horse and rider the industry's standard recommendation for riding is the weight of the rider including tack does not exceed 20% of the weight of the horse.

We recommend leasing before buying your own horse, or if you don't plan on buying. The following program is our suggested progression into horse ownership:

	Take 1 weekly lesson for about a year to make sure you like riding.
	Lease a lesson horse for 1 year to strengthen your riding and increase safety.
	Join a stable management program in addition to lease and lessons.
	Age 12+ consider purchase or full lease of horse.
	Arrange a horse buying consultation with your instructor.
	Continued lessons are recommended according to your goals.

Partial Lease	1 lesson plus 1 practice ride weekly	$225 month
Half Lease	1 lesson plus 2 practice rides weekly	$350 month
Full Lease	1 lesson weekly plus daily access	$475 month

Carol Ann has ridden for several years and is very happy to be leasing Rambo. We are excited to see her grow.

Ashton and "Amazing Gracie" Gracie

Ashton is currently attending USC-Aiken and rides on the Equestrian Team. She leased Gracie for several years participating in Sandy Ridge Pony Club D2 level activities and Carolina Region Rallies in addition to local shows. Gracie is ready for the next rider!

Elizabeth is an active member of Sandy Ridge Pony Club, a local chapter of The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., and competes in Carolina Region Rallies at the D3 level and local shows. She has outgrown Rambo but looks forward to training and showing her new horse Destiny.
